1.Minimum Order

We have no MOQ, we can accept any quantity, and to sell wholesaler, distributor, retailer or individual, with different price policy according to customer's payment terms and quantity.

2.Customized Design

We can custom-cut any dimension and pattern of fireplace as per client's requirement. We can also design fireplace for customer.

3.Payment

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit).

Terms may be extended at Hisen's discretion only after several transactions have taken place and only after a thorough credit history is revealed.

4.Client's Quality Control

In the processing, we will email the photo of product shape unceasingly for client's confirmation. We only deliver goods until client feel satisfied.

5.Package

Strong Plywood Crate for outside packing, and Foam Packing Material would be used inside.

6.Loading Port

Xiamen , China

7.Time of delivery

7-30 days according to the quantity of order and processing procedure.

8.Time of transportation

26-30 days from Xiamen to European main ports, 33 days to New York .

9.Insurance

“All Risks” would be bought as per customer's requirement. We would be responsible for any loss occurred by poor package.
